Incredible staff - they we're so helpful and friendly, really made our stay amazing with free upgrade to Superior Room. Offered great recommendations around the city and accommodated all our requests. Location wise, it doesn't get much better. easy access to all public transport and a short walk to great shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. 10/10

Convenient place to stay in Kings Cross area for travellers using public transport (i.e. train & bus) to travel around Sydney. The room is not big but it has everything for budget price.

The staff was amazing! unbelievably attentive and gave us some amazing spots to go out to. such a lovely person and we were so happy with the hotel. was absolutely stunning and don’t even get me started on the shower pressure. will be back for sure!

We stayed one night in this hotel. After hours check in procedure made entry so easy late at night. We were given clear instructions & even a video! Room is small but has all we needed. Who comes to Sydney to sit in a hotel room anyway! Nice big comfy bed. It was very clean & we appreciated the quality bathroom products. Great price for this accommodation, so close to city. Really friendly & helpful staff. Thanks so much.
